Many may remember going on their first date to the Cooper Twin
Theater, sitting back in front of the big screen and enjoying a big
bag of buttery popcorn.
The Greeley theater, built in 1970, holds a variety of nostalgic

Old Cooper Sold for $800,000

The AGUR Foundation of Aurora paid $800,000 in November for the
Cooper Twin Theatre and the land it sits upon at 2333 28th St., in
Greeley, but the information wasn't recorded until Jan. 11. The
foundation's plan is to redevelop the parcel into three individual
pad sites...
