Insights4Ministry (I4M) exists to see God’s local church understand their calling and impact their local community with lives changed for His glory. This ministry aims to to equip first-time lead pastors/church plant pastors to reach their full potential & calling from God through coaching, mentoring, and equipping both 1-on-1 and teams.
Insights4Ministry (I4M) offers a Two-Year program which provides the following:
15 hours each month for coaching, mentoring, equipping and encouragement
Monthly gathering of lead pastors in similar demographics for encouragement, personal equipping, and prayer for each other
On site visits to your ministry for observation, feedback, and ministry evaluation to enhance your ministry effectiveness.
